I use that method. I think I look pretty sharp here.

That does look good, but that's an intentional sprezzatura look.

There's a blonde with giant knockers on YouTube that instructs you on how to tie a tie.
I just watch her anytime that I need to wear one.

I tie it while it is positioned on my neck but that looks like a great alternative,

Cringy seeing tv folks, business folks etc with a thin as “frat” tie knot.

Perhaps, but not near as cringey as goobers with fat arse knots.

The trick with wearing a tie is to make it look like it's no big deal, and you have to leave a little slop in it.

I do believe belts are like the walk-man. Our pants technology has made them relics.

Unfolded, that tie must be 10 feet long.

That's too much trouble..

Four in hand knot is 10x's easier...

Really just depends on how big a knot you want....four in hand is a bit smaller than the double Windsor. I've worn ties twice a week for church for the last 40 years. My father would use a double Windsor knot and had no "dimple" at the top which he called a mistake, lol. I've yet to be able to tie a knot without the dimple so I suppose he was correct.
