Before I met my wife, 0. Thought I'd never have a child unless I met the right person, but never thought I would.

Once I decided I wanted to spend my life with her, i decided to take on the responsibility. 2 kids. We have one that just turned 2, and are planning to go for #2 soon.

I do not regret changing my mind in the slightest, I love my son like nothing else and I will love having another. But no way can I handle more than 2. I feel like the highs and lows of parenting change once you are outnumbered.

No. She’s a fricking honor student with a 4.0 and graduating with 18 hours towards her bachelors. She’s going places she doesn’t have time for trash dudes in her life. Go rub your pregnant wife’s feet.

That is so important. I’m trying super hard to keep up with her interests and pay attention. She & I went shopping today (only where she wanted to go), and celebrated a really stupid holiday earlier this week (international creepypasta day is a thing, apparently). I’m also not expecting her to do any of the grunt work with the baby (like diapers). I want her to have the fun, easy parts of being a sister.

Well as a little girl I “planned” for kids because I just thought that’s what you do when you grow up.

Turns out, I realized you don’t have to when I was 21 years old. I’m 30 now and still have no desire, nor does my almost 39-year-old significant other. So I guess my answer is 0 and 0.

Love my friends’ kiddos and I work a job that serves millions of low income kiddos across the US and I can’t wait for my only sibling to marry his fiancé in February and bring me some little ones to love on!

I don't feel like your life has been a place to judge others.

Jail I would rather be divorced and remarried. Plus I am old af. Each marriage has been a significant length of time and I get along with my ex. We are about to have our first grandbaby

My mom complained when we were all 3 married and she had zero grandkids. About 5 years later she had 7

That is exactly what I think will happen in the next 5 years

It was fun to have adult grown up holidays with drinks and charcuterie and no littles though!

Well behaved? They’re kids. Lol

Kids can be well behaved. I'm not talking about being a perfect angel. I mean maybe they don't act out in public all the time due to not getting enough attention at home, or have the capacity to learn from their mistakes.

Everyone ITT acting like well-behaved kids don't exist.

3 boys here. Wanted to stop at 2 but tried one more time for a girl. Just wasn't in the plans.

No set plan/number. First two were a match set (boy, then girl) so we hung it up after that.
