I guess technically but its practically useless for chemical engineers in manufacturing. Even in EPC, I dont know that its required by any code.

But the amount of finance and construction majors working under an engineering title does water it down a good bit. Especially in O&G service companies where everyone with a salaried, field gig is an "engineer".

That sounds awful, although the $1600 worth of books for transportation was quite heavy to lug around
