It really isn't about tooth problems--you got month old chicken stuck between your teeth causing some stank breath.

Don’t have that either, if you want to smell my breath I’ll be in section 213 on Saturday

After breakfast and before bed, usually...

A few years ago I went 6 months or so w/o flossing, but I was barely eating so IDGAF.

3-4 times a week. Usually right before I put my overnight retainer in (I had braces a few years ago).

I sort of hate the retainer so sometimes I just skip the whole routine. Not a great plan but it is what it is.

EDIT: These, BTW are the GOAT. Not as good as actual floss from what I understand, but I skip fewer days since I started using them.

Lots of lying going on in this thread lol.

Likely less lying than you would think. It’s primarily a selection bias issue, just like threads talking about income or dick size. People with “good” answers are more likely to self select to reply.

I don’t floss because flossing is for pussies.

Sorry for the flex, but my dentist does floss for me every 6 months though.

Everyday…sometimes multiple times depending on what I’ve eaten.

I use unwaxed floss

Funny this thread came up because I just did for the first time in a while. Dentist said to do it every day and get up into the gums on either side. Super important to keep your gums healthy and prevent gum disease, which is a bitch if you get it. Your gums shouldn't bleed when you do it if they're fully healthy.

Flossing is one of the top things you can do to extend your life and make it better. It correlates with longevity better than anything besides weight management and not smoking.

Once! I shower, brush teeth and floss every night, prior to bed. Routine since I joined the Navy in 1962.

Try this…

Brush teeth at night.

Then floss.

Swoosh mouth with water after floss.

Spit into sink.

Count the sea monkeys that you flushed out from between your teeth/gums.

Then bow and pray in the direction of your Dentist office and say 10 Hail Flourides

May peace (and no cavities) be with you.
