Classic. Moron.

The lead singer for INXS committed suicide for this reason. Ex-wife was keeping him from seeing his children.

Yup. It really is a friend of mine. His situation got me thinking and I thought it would be a good question to ask.

There are two sides to every story. You are only hearing his side, so realize that you are getting his sanitized version. People don't go "evil witch" unprovoked. If they do, he should've seen that before he married her.

Had a best friend, female, very intentional driven to suicide by a husband. Extremely sweet, soft-hearted, beautiful woman.

I know. Trust me, I know. However, I've seen her go on the warpath in other areas of her life such as business. I didn't want to get into the specifics on this post because what you say may be true in this case. However, it is a question I thought worth asking as I think it is rarely, if ever, discussed.

So what was her m.o.? Did she just want the kid and the house? Did she just not want to be viewed as a skank and get knocked up by some low life loser?

I knew a man years ago, who was actually on the winning end of his custody fight, but the entire stress and process and craziness of his ex just wore him down.....ate a bullet in front of his teenage daughter and new girlfriend. I really liked the guy, but hated him for doing this.....he was a selfish bastard for checking out this way. I see his daughter from time to time and always hug her a little longer than normal. She really went through some shite. I am sure there was some underlying mental issues present....at least that is what they always say, but honestly I never saw the first sign of it.

The guy that I was talking about found out his wife was cheating, and decided to get his 2 year old checked. Wasn't his. He decided he didn't want to continue raising the child. Got a divorce, but she claimed he knew. Courts made him own it. She is a black widow type. Fine as hell.

I got another one. People in my line of work travel 80% of the year, so divorce is common. Guy I work with was married, two kids, normal shite. Well, his wife was cheating and got pregnant. No big deal, so he divorced her. The funny thing, her lover was a loser with no job, so the judge made him retain her on his medical insurance while she was pregnant.

I've been through this exact scenario except my kids were babies. My ex played the system. I also found out much later that her parents were personal friends with the judge. It almost destroyed me. They damn sure tried. I still despise them all.

Still don't know how this is possible but a similar thing happened to a friend of mine....and they knew at the time the judge was partial to his ex. I am still blown away that it was possible for the judge to not recuse himself. IDK exact details but my friend estimated he spent close to 200k after it was all over.

the last thing you want is to have to discuss with a judge why you're saying x, y, or z negative things about a current custody case

your anonymity on here only goes so far

well the judge that did nothing after someone admited to driving drunk with the kids should be called out. that judge is a POS if everything that was said was true.
