1 full strength caffeine filled cup and then a decaf later in the day. I used to drink 2 cups in the morning and then use C4 pre workout after lunch to go to the gym. I realized I was getting about 8 cups worth of caffeine a day and that’s crazy. So, here I am down to that one wonderful cup first thing in the morning.
Footnote: my dad worked shift work and he says he drank 12-15 cups a day and lived to 85.

Usually 3 mugs and that drains 6 cups out of my 12 cup coffee maker.
My wife usually had 1 plus a little more in the a.m. and I will usually finish off the pot around 4 in the afternoon.
We normally go through the 12 cup pot daily.
