How many cochon de lait po boys is a broken toe worth? (NSFW?)

When leaving Jazz Fest on Sunday, I stubbed the frick out of my toe on one of the grates that run from the infield to the track. I almost fell over because the lip was raised about an inch. Upon further inspection, I noticed most of the grates were raised and unlevel. It was a lawyer's dream.
I shook it off and kept going. I wanted to drink some Beam when I got home.
Come to find out, my toe is broken. The side of the toe is a deeper purple. It reminds me of some Asian bhole.
I'm thinking about offering to settle my pain and suffering for 5 poboys.
