Another guy in golden set the record for most pull-ups (not chin ups) in 24 hours at the climbing gym there. I can’t remember the number but it was insane

I can bust out 10 for 4 sets in about 7-8 minutes. So I would say 120 for an hour, just because my sets wouldn't be nearly 10 after like set 5

Could probably bust out an average of 2 a minute but probably get 80 in the first 20 minutes

These are chin-ups (supinated grip), not pull-ups.

Feels like doing 5-10 every two minutes (20 seconds of work 1:40 of rest) should be relatively easy, though I would wear down from 10 at some point.

So - 150+?

If you did 30 sets at 2 minutes:

10x10
10x5
10x3

You're at 180.

Realistically probably 150. I did the Murph workout a few years ago and did 100 pullups (not kipping). I'm way better at pullups now. Chins are just a little bit easier too.

I’m assuming if you were doing Murph you didn’t do strict pull-ups. So that doesn’t count.

Why do they mention that he's a dad? It's not exactly some great of strength to get a girl pregnant.

They were strict. I don't mess around with kipping.

I did 10 per minute for 10 minutes.
