How long after your cup of coffee do you have to go?

Typically sit down and have 2 cups of coffee with breakfast before I leave for work. Today was a record. Got halfway through my second before I had to leave my food and sprint to the toilet

Coffee has nothing to do with it. It's timing of when I get to the office.

i poop around 630am after my first cup of coffee then get a shower and stick the tip of my finger in my butthole with tea tree shampoo on it and it makes my butthole feel minty fressh like my teeth do after i brush them.
i can't imagine taking a shite at work and wiping with dry paper and walking around like that all day. i like to get it done and clean myself properly and stay clean.
eta but i'm old so i'm regular as clockwork.

Have my first cup at 8:45, second at 9:30... like clockwork, the squirts come at 10:00 before my 10:30 meeting.

Coffee almost never does it for me BUT if I take Mucinex then I'm hitting the toilet within an hour. That stuff is a fantastic laxative.
