Pour a cup in my yeti cup (about 25 oz) and sip on it for about an hour and a half before i feel the shits coming

I make a cup on the way to the way, drink one leaving the Y going to work. Drink another as soon as I get there, then fill up my tumbler and have it down by 9.

i can't imagine taking a shite at work and wiping with dry paper and walking around like that all day. i like to get it done and clean myself properly and stay clean.
