Being that 90% have to go to work, I'd say between 11-12. After midnight is a lil ridiculous. If it's NYE or on a weekend, 1ish. Everybody usually blows their load at midnight and done by 12:30 for NYE
NYE is so much better. Everybody fricks around with lil shite til 12. Then at 12, my whole neighborhood looks like shock & awe

My neighbors are still going pretty strong right now, and I find myself getting pissed because I need to go to sleep so I can get to work in the morning. Is this what getting old feels like?
Time to start a roman candle fight IMO

Folks around the house shut down about 10.
Anything past 11 is just you trying to annoy your neighbors who have to get up and go to work.

Anyone still popping fireworks right now is trash.

It isn't as bad as it was an hour ago, but it will continue to slack off until around midnight. While most people still have to wake up and go to work tomorrow, there are still the teenagers out there shooting them who has nothing to do tomorrow.

same here...hopefully, the little rug rats that are popping them get enough mosquito bites to shut them down soon.

Just crossed the high rise bridge coming into the city from the east and saw no less than 4 artillary shells going off in different hoods all over the city

My neighbors just started lighting shite up at 10:30. They've been going steady ever since.

As long as they have stems. It's fireworks time!
The dogs on the beach are going ape shite.

Shutting it down around 10 reasonable?
Yeah, 10:00 should be the cutoff on a weeknight. After that, my neighbors just get drunker and dumber. They probably shouldn't be handling fireworks on a good day, much less under those circumstances.

After midnight it's July 5th, so no point in going beyond that time. It's the 4th of July' not New Year"s.

But now we'll get to hear all the bargain shoppers who go to the stands the day after to get the good deals shoot them until the 12th.

People should shut it down by:
1:00am on New Years
11:00pm on July 4th
1:00am on New Years
11:00pm on July 4th
