They loiter on street corners right next to construction sites, flash their signs "will work for food." Yet they won't walk across the damn street to see if they can do site cleanup for $20 at the end of the day. Lazy bums.

It could be solved, if they wanted it to be solved. Like most things.

But there is no political will.

Every panhandling corner is awash in litter and filth. Arrest them for littering. Toss the homeless shelters everyday for drugs. Make it easier to be a panhandler in another town.

They are like ant piles. You can't get rid of them, but you can push them to your neighbor's yard.
