Got to airport at 730 this morning. There were zero lines. Got to terminal in 12 mins. A shite ton of people in the airport though. Lines were nonexistent. Awesome airport.

I flew in yesterday late afternoon. It was terrible. The Lyft line was very short, but there were almost no cars because they could not fight through the traffic to get there. Whoever planned (or funded) the traffic infrastructure was a moron. I don't think it will ever be fixed. We will live with Mitch Landrieu's venality for 30 years.

It is a piece of shite airport. The board members should not only be removed for building this fricking thing, but also prosecuted for wasting tax payers money.
You have aircraft holding let's say 150 passengers and your gate seating holds maybe 100 passengers and the corridors in the terminals are smaller than in the old airport.
I don't even want to start in on the traffic flow. Why not make the passenger entrance to long term parking on the second level? NO, let's make every person trying to get to long term parking have to cross six lanes of vehicles. Vehicles with drivers already pissed off from the traffic nightmare.
Again, this airport is fricking junk and all board members should be removed and prosecuted and investigated!!! Someone made some jack on the side with the building of this airport.

At this point, the people complaining are trolls or outliers for the most part. I think there’s also a large number of people who don’t travel much and haven’t been in many other airports. Every airport has occasional equipment issues, staffing issues, traffic issues, TSA issues, etc. Some well-known, major hubs are chronically difficult.

It wasn't too bad Monday around 10 AM. It only delays (Minor)were from drivers not knowing what they were doing.
