I would be afraid to stand on it. That rig went from 250# max tongue weight to 25#.

That's a class 1 or 2 rec hitch which are rated at 2000lbs or 3500lbs. With that sanford and son set up, maybe a kite on a string.

I had a similar set up for a 12 foot Jon boat without an engine. Tow vehicle was a 1988 Nissan Sentra with a manual five speed.
It did fine.
