hiring an attractive female seems like a good way to get all your male employees fired and your business sued. At what point do we see males only hiring males and females only hiring females?

Just like the housing market, there will be a #Metoo bubble.

At this point, I’m very fricking close to taking my family and moving to fricking Montana or something.

I’d rather risk being eaten by a Grizzly than put up with today’s retarded arse backward fricking society.

How many people do you personally know who have been accused in this shite? Or are you going to make life and family decisions based on shite on the news that is still broadcasted to Montana?

It won't, it's just a wet dream of the OTs that it does.

I heard on the radio yesterday that it's already happening. New studies show men are reluctant to hire or mentor young women.

I work right next to a chick who looks like Christina Hendricks in Mad Men and it's torture. I would honestly rather have a bunch of trolls around.

The guy who had my job got fired for sexual harassment. His sexual harassment? "That skirt is too short for work." to a 56 yr old woman.

The days we live in.

Worked out for me though.

well did he say it in a pissed tone like it was gross, or did he say it in a creepy sexual way? I'd bet the latter.

I don't know. I just read it in personnel files as it was reported for the incident.

Better to learn from mistakes of others than anything else.

Second week I wrote up dress code, vacation and flex time standards for the department and ran them by HR for approval.

I work with and manage 11+ women. They're all potential career grenades.

Hopefully not too much. It doesn't need to affect every working woman. Some of us actually have to work. We also don't participate in this #metoo crap and have the good sense to know how to handle ourselves in public and how to manage those who overstep their bounds.
