Y'all worry way too much about this shite.

I agree. I’ve learned in past jobs to never get too close and to never trust anyone. I’ll be a coworker. I’m not in this to make friends because that’s when things go sour.

I sleep with a girl from my office every night.

Sure.
Or just give one. Give the one remark that a woman has made to you that would get a man fired if he said the same thing.

I heard on the radio yesterday that it's already happening. New studies show men are reluctant to hire or mentor young women.
Or any time a male holds an office meeting with a female leaving the door wide open. Protect yourself from fake claims.

The women and men will be separated........

This issue has been discussed recently by our team and HR. My assistant is a nice looking lady (Married, No Pics). During the past few years we have traveled to remote locations for the job (We are both Architects so yeah, pretty boring)I think we have seen the last of these trips where we travel together to a site. This will hurt her ability to grow with the firm......damn shame she is a good Architect.

The truth of the matter is that half of the guys in the workforce are 100% safe because they are too awkward to interact with anybody, male or female.
45% are normal people that can negotiate the line perfectly and be sociable but not weird and creepy.
4.9% probably have crossed the line but have moved on into some other wage slave job and are now just remembered as "That creepy guy at my previous job that..." You're gone and are not in a major position so it's not really worth going after you.
But yeah, 0.1% of you have done something stupid like whip out your johnson at the Christmas party and you are in a position of relative influence so the receptionist now owns your arse.

Well I can tell you're not going to believe me either way because you already have your mind made up, but here's a couple off the top of my head:
-Young Administrative assistant, in front of 2 or 3 other women employees and myself, said she wouldn't mind seeing me with my shirt off. This was in the workplace.
-Another young woman employee commented in front of other employees and myself that I was "hot". Also in the workplace.
But again you probably won't believe me.

Are y'all scared of this because you can't conduct yourself in a professional manner when a female is in the room? How hard is it to just not flirt, harass, or touch a colleague? I'm assuming you're the type that whistles and cat calls a woman in public.
That's all well and good, until you're falsely accused of something. I think you'll change your tune then. Nothing will ruin your reputation and career faster than being accused of racism or sexual misconduct. It doesn't matter if the accusation is true or not; just being accused is enough to make your life hell.

I highly doubt people get accused of stuff when they’re not doing anything remotely sleazy. Most of these things coming out are guys doing sexual things that the women might have been okay with at the time. It’s not guys just saying hi occasionally.

Do you honestly not think people are capable of falsely accusing others?
I mean, you're not this naive huh?

Your either young, naïve, or haven't really worked in cutthroat corporate environment. Women and minorities have an ace in the hole when it comes to this kind of stuff. There are shitty people out there who will use any advantage they have to get ahead, and screw others in the process. Yes, it does happen.

Getting accused and getting fired for it are two different things entirely. I'm sure people make stuff up all the time, but I don't believe people are losing their job over this stuff without some sketchy history.
Be a good employee and don't blur the line and you'll be fine.

No, but a completely fabricated accusation from someone you’ve never really interacted with isn’t that hard to beat.
These allegations aren’t coming from chicks like that though. They’re coming from girls who might have been okay with the sexual behavior before and now changing their tune.
