I was thinking about this today. We have an industrial keurig type thing that has a station with probably 30 different types of coffee and a "house coffee" I guess you would call it. I've never seen either one empty or cold, and we are never out of cups, creamer, sugar, ect. The bathrooms are always spotless and such. The only thing I've ever seen is we have these soft napkin type paper towels in the bathrooms that are sometimes out, but always replaced within the hour.

This got me thinking, what is the fine executives of the OT's office like? I know you all have personal assistants and private bathrooms in your corner offices on the executive board, so is your PA up to snuff?

INB4 I do a great job as a janitor.

It's fricking shitty. AC is always fricked up in the summer, heating is always fricked up in the winter and it gets ducking cold up here. Roof leaks EVERYWHERE and my trash can at my desk only gets emptied once a week, if I am lucky.

Next month I transition to being 100% work from home because they are closing the site and laying 99% of everyone off. I can't fricking wait.

If I don't bring coffee, there's no coffee. If I don't clean the bathroom, it's gross. If I don't refill the paper towels, you're wiping your hands on your pants. If I don't restock the toilet paper, you're waddling to the next stall. Frick my coworkers,

Do you work in a small office? In college I worked at some local type office and this is more how it was. I'm now in an office downtown in a large city so we have a third party that handles it all. It really is nice when you have to work long hours to not ever have to worry about that type stuff. I think I'd kill someone if there was no coffee in the morning.

I keep my coffee needs at my desk so there's one less time I have to talk to the assholes I work with.

The bathrooms where I work remind me of Interstate rest stops.

Since I work out my home, the maintenance is awesome. My house cleaner comes onece a week so I don’t have to clean.

They do damn good work where I’m at.

I thank them every chance I get. It’s surprising by how just simply saying thank you to your support staff at least once a week can go a long way and boost morale.

I always make sure there is TP in the stall before taking a work dump. Our janitors are terrible and I’ve been burned too many times by the empty TP roll. I’ve had to wipe a couple of times with paper towels. Paper towels are always fully stocked, shite paper not so much

We have an amazing staff. On a side note, we just got a new automated coffee machine that grinds beans for each cup. There are at least 30 selections on the digital screen. I love that thing.

I’m amazed by how many people of the OT work in an office.

We keep our ships extra clean in the Navy! In fact, we're all janitors here.

I work from home now, but when I worked in our office, I would come into the office each morning and have small bugs dead on my desk. They fell overnight from the air vent in the ceiling.

I asked multiple times to get the vents cleaned, but got ignored.

I'm sure someday I'm going to die from this issue.
