I just have a farm office for me, my asst. manager and accountant.
I have one of my laborers clean it as necessary and a janitorial service come by once a week to replace tissue, soap, etc.
Coffee has to be made by whoever wants it because I don't drink it. I do keep cokes and water stocked in the fridge along with some nabs in a basket

It sucks at my work. The building owners take forever to fix anything. The cleaning people they hire don't do much until we raise holy hell about the bathrooms.
