How fricked am I? Being blackmailed...not sure what to do.

I received this e-mail today. For some reason it had been marked as spam. Thank God I randomly checked the spam folder or I may have missed it.
Now I don't really give a shite about exposing my adult page viewing habits, but the dude apparently has video of my arse. That scares the hell out of me. He even uses the phrase "fricking mother fricker" so I feel like he's serious. Can't believe I let a rat poison my computer. I even use antivirus! How the hell?!
So as you can see, getting help from government bodies is out of the question. I'm not familiar with using bitcoin so I'm not sure what to do.
Any advice?

I received a similar e-mail not long ago. It came on my work computer. The sender wrote that I had been hacked, he’d been watching me, following my searches, etc and he was going to expose the fact that I had been watching porn movies, if I didn’t pay him in bitcoin. But, I was suspicious, because i’ve Never watched a porn movie on my work computer. I got our IT dept to look at it. They said it was probably BS. Change my password and ignore it. I did. Nothing happened.
