West Monroe?

Usually once you cross the river going west or pass Thomas Rd going east.

Depends how often Creed actually does his quality spot-check at the paper mill.

Bad things happen when he blows it off, ask Debbie Brown.

I've smelled it between Milhaven and the mall coming from the east if there were low clouds not allowing the smell to escape.

Could be West Monroe, Hodge, Campti, or Mansfield.

Depends on the direction of the wind.

I’m surprised I don’t smell the GP mill more often.

Near the corner of N. Labarre Rd/Veterans Blvd. in Metairie with a north wind I could sometimes smell Bogalusa. No kidding.

From the boat launch at US Hwy 90 in Pearlington, LA I used to smell the Bogalusa Paper Mill on the reg in the Winter.

At least 30 air miles.

Moss Point at one time had a paper mill and a Pogy Plant across from each other

During the summer it was almost unbearable. Like dead rotting shrimp.

I've been in the mill in Bogalusa. It doesn't smell. As soon as you get 1/2 mile away, it does

I'd rather smell WM's mill than Monroe's dump.
