Own a few pair of Cole Haans but I'm not a fan of those soles. I just retired these.

I have the Chukka boot version, without the broguing. I get compliments on them all the time. They are comfortable, and basically feel like sneakers. I see physicians wearing shoes similar to the one you posted often.

J&M makes some. They are about $180 and pretty nice. There are a few different styles. I like them for the right occasion. They allow you to dress your look down a little for things like rehearsal dinners.

I’m not sure, I don’t walk up to every physician I see (I travel to various hospitals often).
