How does a woman not know that she is pregnant??

I don’t get it either. Especially with triplets....that’s a lot of little feet and hands poking at you from inside you as they move around.
Sometimes I wonder if it’s like a mental illness where they suspect they are pregnant but their mind doesn’t want to accept that so they just completely block it out.

There are a number of factors; I imagine it'd be easier with multiples rather than singletons, because of the simple amount of room they have to move around.
Often they are lard asses, who have irregular periods to begin with; throw in a hefty case of denial, and it's not that shocking that it happens a few times every few million child births.

I think they are always fat and always have a long history of extremely irregular menstrual cycles.
