An unreturned ballot isn't counted at all, though.
It's not a leap at all to say 1 in 5 people who get mail ballots fail to fill them out and return them. People are effing lazy.
Attributing that same stat to fraud is not only without proof, it overlooks that those ballots aren't a part of the total, let alone indicative of widespread fraud.

Maybe it's me, but there are a ton of threads here lately wondering if a private company has violated their constitutional rights.
Walmart, some wine store and Twitter off the top of my head.
