Always log down events, copy and file emails, texts, memos, and immediately write down verbal assaults with comments, date, time, location, setting, and who was in attendance.
Don't let them give you verbal only directives, projects, solutions, etc. Always follow up with a written confirmation outlining clearly the discussion, and require them to confirm, or alter with an email. Copy and file those emails.
Know your shite, and know it better than them. Then challenge them, or stand up to their harassing you with information, sound logic, and sound solutions that you can backup with data.
Have an open and direct talk and call them out directly in a professional manner. If you are indeed being targeted then gather all info, and proof of targeting/bullying and get a top labor lawyer.
But, make sure you are honest with yourself and make sure you are not the actual problem

Isnt OP the guy whose wife is an ER doc in New Orleans that he hadnt seen or heard from in weeks? I thought that guy posted he had been laid off. If its the same guy then he sure likes trolling you guys.

You got to call him out I took a job a couple years ago ,where I came in as a supervisor over ten men. They were all cool except one( a fat frick) I tried being extra nice to him for the first month but he just kept talking shite to me in front of the other men. Finally one day I had enough didn’t care if I lost my job , I got him by his self and I asked what did I do to him to be so ugly to me. He just said he didn’t like me I said well “ why don’t we meet up after work down road , nobody else needs to know and we can settle this” he declined I told him if he ever talked shite to me again I was going to be pork chops off his fat arse. He quit the following month
