I'm speaking of a mental bully, not physical. Like the owners son, or nephew.

The same way you deal with any other bully: don't take any shite. You are a person and you deserve respect. Stand up for yourself. Most bully's don't know how to act when people stop taking their bullshite.

So what? If you don't like the way shite is run, prepare yourself to walk the frick out if nothing changes.

It isn't like highschool where you could throw hands, it takes a lawsuit to settle this shite now

You don't have to get into a physical fight in order to stop taking shite. Use your words like a grown up.

Do you want to give us an example of the type of mental bullying that goes on so we can tell you what to say?

this type of person is worse than a physical bully imo. Id have a tough time working with someone at my level was the som of the owner that did and said whatever he wanted. frick that.

Always Know your worth to the company and be always be prepared to prove it, with actual numbers. Always know what you make or save the company and don’t be scared to take it to the boss. Tell him straight up, this is how much I’m worth to the company and this is how much work I put in, I’m not going to continue to be disrespected, so if you care about your bottom line then you’ll handle the situation or move out of my way and say nothing when I handle it myself, the choice is yours.

At least that’s what I’d do.
