Immediately after last nights game, my 3 year old daughter wanted me to play with her and her toy babies. Took less than 2 minutes of spending time with her to forget about the loss.

Humor . I was sending gifs to my teen daughters as the game unfolded. We never stopped laughing.
Then I realized I won't feel obligated to keep up with every detail and that I will have more time for hobbies. That's good. Now I can disconnect like in the off season and I will be more productive.
