Her friend (who is a chick) is in town for a few weeks and will be staying with us. She's pretty sexy and is single. Would love to frick her, but obviously I'm not trying to cheat on my gf. I get the vibe from her friend that she'd be down. How do I even bring this up to my gf? Is it even worth it?

You don’t. If your GF likes women too then she will choose if she wants to include you or not.
If you imply that you want in on it then you have fricked up. If they are that good of friends and they are interested in women then they have already fricked and you don’t even know it.
However, if your GF is horny enough she will probably let you join.

This is a terrible idea. It is not ever going to go down how you want it. Under no circumstance should you bring it up. If you happen to have 1/1,000,000 kind of luck and it falls in your lap and both girls are begging for this to happen, please report back and provide details.
