In Kentucky, it is pronounced Lou-uh-vul. If you pronounce it differently it's an immediate indicator you're not from here. We also have Versailles, KY which is Ver-sales, and Athens, KY which is Ay-thuns.
I'm aware Louisville, MS is pronounced Lewisville. They can have that for all we care.

Not sure about Louisville, but in Louisiana every town or city ending in -ville is pronounced two different ways depending on how far north you are
