No one needs a Rolex either. If the driver gets enjoyment out of it, I'd say it's fine
Years in the future you'll be able to sell the Rolex for more than you purchased it. 99% of the cars you buy will be nearly worthless.

ROI is only true if you plan to sell it. Not everything in life is about value, nice dinners, vacations, are all bad investments.

I consider that logic tells me I can only drive one car at a time.

It doesn't make any financial sense but I'm browsing the used car sites everyday. My DD is perfectly reliable too.

If you want it and can afford it buy it. Find something you enjoy and spend some money on it. It can be guns, watches, cars, vacation, or dildos. I feel sorry for some of the folks on here that just want to save all their money.

I say live a little bit and buy yourself that watch or car you’ve been wanting. It may be $1,000 Hamilton or a $30,000 Rolex but as long as it makes you happy and is in your budget I say go for it.

One day we all going to be old as shite and wish we would have bought that V6 convertible mustang.

Don't get a second car, get a lifted, 4x4 F250 dually with a 6.7L Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel, then never tow anything with it that you can't tow with any 1/2 ton. That's the way OT ballers roll.

That’s what I have as my second ride. Have a Tesla as my daily just to make sure I check all the OT trigger boxes.

Rapidly rising insurance costs are one reason. That said, for a while, we had five cars for two people. Parsed that down to three. Two are quite old, but reliable. All are paid for, and I have no plans to reduce the fleet even further.

I switch between two regularly. One is a car, the other a truck. One benefit is that if I need work done, I can leave it with my mechanic and we still have two cars at our disposal.

When I got it we had 6 kids at home and a boat. Now we've sold the boat and 3 kids have grown up and moved out, so it's time to sell it. TBH, I hate driving that monstrosity around town. It's amazing on the highway though. 8 people and all of our stuff cruising at 75 getting almost 19 mpg.
