There seems to be a whole cottage industry of AI schlock for old people out there. Example: LINK

I guess if your idea of cool / relevant is Easy Rider, AI stories about kindly biker gangs have a certain appeal.

Seems like something in need of government regulation TBH.

According to Facebook, the Greeks, Romans, Chinese, Japanese, Native Americans, Aztecs, Mayans, and Incans were all originally black, and every invention made since Afro-Greek times was discovered by the black man.

There's even pictures of ancient Black Japanese samurai with their family. It's a black and white picture from the 16th century, so it must be true.

30 years ago some people believed that an African prince wanted to give them 5 million dollars to convert 100 million in foreign currency.

AI videos are going to be the downfall of boomers. Ive got a 70 something at my office that I am convinced thinks the "babies talking shite" videos are real.

I've seen some videos on X that are indistinguishable

It really doesn't. About 99% of the shite is so outlandishly foolish that only a fool doesn't discount it out of hand. The other 1% is easily verified with the google machine,,,,if it is not being reported elsewhere it ain't true.


What does need to happen is that ALL publishers should be held to the same level of responsibility for publishing lies, especially when they are damaging to someone or a business. You can't print in a local paper that Donald Trump is pedophile and provide fake pictures of him with underaged kids but you can on Facebook. That's just wrong anyway you slice it....facebook may ban the poster but the damage is done....facebook should be accountable in the same way the local paper is.

Someone would just use AI to remove the watermark
