I bet the aliens were around and watching - they turned on their Klingon Cloaking Device (patent pending) and were invisible... but they were watching your every move.

The Romulans had the cloaking device, not the Klingons.

Geeze, get your shite together man.

Wow, I absolutely see planes dropping chemtrails. I see them. There is no denying it. FACT.
Those are called "crop dusters".

Contrails left by airliners are just that -- contrails. Don't you think that if the government wanted to expose us to chemicals they could find a more subtle way to do it?

Yeah man. You obviously have no leg to stand on in an alien debate.

I honestly don't care enough to believe one way or the other.

Are you sitting on some incredible scientific discovery you would like to share with us?

I never claimed to. I look to get educated on such things by people like Yoga Girl, along with other things. I was gonna give her my g-mail so she could put me on the tin foil headers monthly newsletter, but then I forgot.

The problem everyone is having here is that it is not a fact. Hell, we can't have a substantial argument about the validity of this until you can accept that this is not a "fact". It is something that you and a not insignificant amount of other people believe. There are some historical findings that correlates with your belief. None of that makes it a fact.

You obviously are not stupid, but your understanding of what is a "fact" is and is not is, frankly, wrong. I don't know how to say that more kindly. It is what it is.

I dont believe in much without proof but other life the universe is one of them. I also find the huge amount of on record testimony from guys in the Air Force and civilian pilots very compelling. The Phoenix Lights case in 1997 is a very well documented, fairly modern mass sighting case that skeptics just always seem to ignore. Even the governor Fife Symington, a pilot himself, eventually admitted the Air Force explanation made no sense and that this craft was in his opinion not of this earth. There are also stories from guys responsible for launching ICBM s that went haywire following UFO encounters at there bases. Here is a link to one of the interviews:

Now these are guys responsible for launching nuclear weapons. You would think if anybody's testimony would be taken seriously it would be theirs.

No. Not really. An entire city of people has never seen a Bigfoot. Thousands of trained military around the world have not seen Bigfoot. A triple redundant power system of a nuclear missile base has never shut down due to an encounter with bigfoot.

You don't need physical evidence. The math is all you need. It is mathematically impossible that there ISN'T life out there. Maybe not Aliens as we think of them - coming here in ships - but there is absolutely life.
I was with you until you said "mathematically impossible"--it's very probable, based on my understanding of science, that there is life elsewhere in the universe. But I wouldn't say it's 100% certain.

But I'd be surprised if there isn't, given the sheer enormity of the universe and how common planets are in our own observable galaxy.

So for a lot of people, the belief in extraterrestrials comes down to simple math.

Well, I just wrote $500 down in my checkbook. Waited a few minutes...check my account balance online... guess what?...I still ain't got no money in my checking account.

Just because some dude in a white lab coat scribbles some numbers on a chalkboard saying it's very likely that there are ETs, that doesn't equal reality.

And if you really are a believer in numbers and statistics and shite, you should check out Boltzmann Brains (tis a cool video)

Quote from video:
"Mathematically speaking, that means you are very unlikely to be even a real brain. It's much more plausible to think that you are a Boltzmann Brain. And even to this very day physicists and mathematicians still struggle to find a way around the Boltzmann Brains paradox."

It's infinitely more likely that you are a Botzmann's Brain than there are extraterrestrials. Checkmate, Motherfricker.

A triple redundant power system of a nuclear missile base has never shut down due to an encounter with aliens either. So, there's that.

Touche. No sighting has ever been proven to be alien in origin. Most sightings can be argued to be terrestrial in origin but I dont rule out the possibility of alien visitation.
