no one denies the existence of extra terrestrials or that the probability is on the side of them existing (especially if you don't narrow the focus to intelligent beings)

How is this a fact? What indisputable evidence exists? I agree that there is overwhelming probability that there is extra terrestrial life, but that does not make it a statistical fact that there is ex terrestrial life.

I wouldn't expect those alien civilizations to be viable still though. They must have been around for a very long time to be that advanced, and your examples are 10-15 thousand years ago. Seems an awful long time for a civilization to exist.
I think it's a timing issue with aliens more than numbers game with planets.
