Whatever you do do not drink much. Been there and drinking will make it much worse.

Get back on the horse, or heroin, the only two legit choices.

I got out of a long-term relationship when I was 25 with a girl. A year later and I didn't think about her everyday but still thought often. FF 7 years and I got married to a girl I thought I loved but didn't. I got a divorce 9 years into our marriage. I'm now 45 and still think of the girl I broke up with when I was 25. I try not to obsess with it but she still enters my mind several days a week. I feel like from 25 to now at 45 my life was just a big bowl of nothing. No woman will ever measure up to my first girl I loved so I don't see a point in ever getting married again.

It happens. Reflect. Evaluate. A good pilot will learn from his experiences. Our job is to push it up there.

Get into service for others. Go volunteer to help out people who are less fortunate than yourself.

Also, try writing a list of 10 things you're grateful for.

Go get her back. If she has someone, arrange for them to disappear.comfort her in her time of need.

Btw, none of what I wrote was true. Just trying to give the OP some extra unnecessary anxiety.

Post revenge porn of her on the internet.

That's a bit drastic. No need to publicly shame her like that. Just post them on the OT so it stays amongst friends.
