Are you referring to the lack of basic public services and infrastructure, or the rampant crime?

Also, seems to point to Brees and his family getting the hell out of New Orleans once he's done with football. He won't be hanging around like the Mannings.

He just bought the most expensive residential property in New Orleans history that won’t be finished until after this season.

Dude is buying a home in the Four Seasons.

He’ll be around for a while

Condo downtown isn't going to be a place to raise the kids. That's just the place he's gonna stay whenever he feels like inflating his ego by being treated like God incarnate.

Unless he has hundreds of millions, I wouldn't think anything is possible.

I think the rumor is he bought a condo in the old World Trade Center building that they are converting into a Four Seasons.

I’d bet his house goes on the market after the season, and while he comes to New Orleans somewhat regularly in the future, he’s outta here by March at the latest.

Let's see......San Diego or New Orleans? That's a pretty easy choice to make.

Exactly what will happen. They sell uptown, move to SD, and have the condo in New Orleans for when they visit.

Which will practically be never, except to show his face for his business ventures. The whole condo thing was a promotion for the 4 Seasons. Once he's done playing football, he'll be in N.O. as little as possible and I don't blame him.
