the 32oz bottles were worth 10 cents and i felt like i just found a major treasure when i came across one.
bedienharn(sp?) gardens in monroe still has a nickel flap-handle coke machine so when you're touring the gardens you can get a coke for 5 cents.

My wife had sent me what they call an icebreaker on yahoo personals. I had forgotten that I created an account on there. I didn’t pay for a premium account on there, so all it showed was her first name, last initial, and hometown with a picture.
I went looking for her on MySpace and she had the same profile pic for both yahoo and MySpace.

i can neither confirm nor deny there was also a letter involved in CAD's courtship of his current wife which elicited a similar reaction.

No judgment from me, tho. I met my current gf of one year on Bumble. We made whoopie on the first date, and now she’s moving to a new state with me.
