Not entirely accurate, see Latin.
Not only are you wrong.....you're about as wrong as you could possibly be with this example.

Old Latin itself was an evolution of other languages spoken in that area of the world. It evolved into Classical Latin and then Vulgar Latin.

Not to mention, as pointed out above, as the Roman Empire collapsed and Europe separated into various fiefdoms, many of Europe's languages evolved into the various Romance Languages spoken today.

As for OPs query, a lot of that in your particular examples has to do with the above comment "control the language control the narrative.' Twisting words and meanings to obfuscate truth. We all know who's doing that and why.

Today's examples of "unalived, unhoused and undocumented" are called a euphemism.

The opposite is called dysphemism and is commonly used when describing something or someone. An example would be calling a political opponent a "Nazi."

I’ve assumed that it was created to avoid red flags in social media algorithms.

But to the OPs point, language is fluid and words have always changed meaning based on usage. And there a far more egregious examples than the ones he chose: utilize is now a replacement for use. Literally now has a secondary definition of figuratively.

This is driven by social media censorship in their videos and what content creators can say or else have their videos demonetized.

Think (cognition) has been replaced by Feel (emotion).

95% if the time when a person says a sentence with "I feel like..." they express a cognitive thought or opinion.

After that it caught on because it's kind of funny.
It’s because Reddit and other PC social media fora censor words like "kill" and "suicide."

When asked for sex or gender I put M. If I were to ask someone this question would say "Male or Female?". As for as ethnicity, I just want to know if you are black, white, latino, slant eye Asian or desert Asian or native american. If something else, fill in the blank. We do make things too difficult.

I don't know what to tell you.

I don’t think the Romance languages have changed much. I think slang is a lot less common in those languages.

Languages actually used to evolve much faster than they do know. Five different and distinct languages managed to break off from Latin in the span of just a few hundred years. The invention of the printing press stopped or at least incredibly slowed the evolution of language.

Illiterate cultures tend to change languages the most.
