Of course it is.
The people who complain the most are the ones that weren’t given the foresight about this earlier in life and now feel like it’s the rest of the state’s fault because they’re stuck in some dead end industry.

I've also made a good living here and you're right. Louisiana is very niche driven in what it has to offer and that really isn't much at all.
