Imagine a special trained group of south Louisiana aerospace engineers.

Call them the bawstronauts or astrobaws

Its demographics, people don't want to move here, you aren't going to attract good candidates

Crime, poverty, etc.

Be business friendly.

But biden is going to shut down small businesses, so go after something big.

Get rid of trial lawyers
Get rid of career politicians
Spend more money on education and get rid of the universities we dont need
Lift regulations on oil and gas drilling
More money and focus on Healthcare

If I was a business executive looking for a location to open a plant the amount of litter on Louisiana highways would be a turn-off for me.

For New Orleans, get rid of the mayor
She’s known as the “Destroya” for a reason

This one is a huge issue that none of the spineless politicians will ever try to fix.

I truly think the ship has sailed.

It's major cities are just as much of a wreck as the state itself.

It won't just take a Governor because they would hit roadblocks it will take a complete overhaul of the state political leadership.

Improve public schools in non-urban areas.

Look, all urban public school districts - in all major urban areas - suck. There's probably nothing we can do other than we are already doing in the city of NO, city of BR, etc.

But we can make schools in St Tammany, Ascension, Livingston, St. Bernard, etc much better. Maybe work on Jefferson.

The rich executives will always send their kids to private schools. We need good schools for the middle class people to come here and send their kids too. It's one of the reasons why we struggle to get corporate jobs.

Have you guys tried higher taxes, heavy business regulations, and no investment in infrastructure yet?
