How am I able to continue buying cologne that was discontinued years ago?

I buy various discontinued lines regularly. Sure I have probably had 1 or 2 knockoff bottles but the rest has been legit in my experience. How are these old scents still out there? Does the manufacturer make a billion bottles during production or do they keep making and selling even if ‘officially’ canceled?

It's kind of like clothing brands that make products specifically for outlets and discount stores. It's "discontinued" from their main stores, but they won't stop selling it if people keep buying it.

I have worn all sorts of stuff over the years, but believe it or not an old cheap Azarro scent gets the most compliments from women by far (and from some men).
