I have about 18" of that crap were I'm at. I did have to do a dig/back fill for my house and yes, it took around 15 years before my slab cracked.

What no one has pointed out is the guy was inside for less than 2 minutes to get all that stuff. Could it have been an inside job??

Yeah, he didn't even have to look around for it in the dark. Wasn't even startled in the least that it wasn't where he left it.
