This happened in Belhaven neighborhood in Jackson. Got away with a couple of Yeti coolers and some other stuff.

He’s got skills.

I was expecting him to come out with a cooler or something...he went on a damn shopping spree in there!

I find it odd that the outside light goes off as he rolls up...

The fact he rolls out carrying two heavy yetis on a hover board is astounding.

Why don’t they just send the national guard into Jackson and arrest everyone?

That is a relatively old neighborhood built on a bed of expansive clay soils...concrete does not stay pretty for long here.

Seriously, I realize that was done decades ago by non-technical workmen.

Today, if prepared and executed correctly, hardscapes there can be done with zero defects.

Big talk there. You would have a blast pouring concrete over Yazoo Blue Clay. It turns strong construction men into whining girl scouts.

Unless you mean spending $100,000 - $200,000 on a driveway. The best way to pour structurally sound concrete where there is Yazoo clay is to determine how deep the clay vein lays, then excavate through the vein, backfill and pour on that. If it is 15 feet below the soil surface, you excavate 20-30 feet of soil and back fill before laying the first form.

Go read the expansion coefficient of Yazoo Blue Clay.

I am not a civil engineer. Here LINK is a decent layman's explanation of the headaches this stuff causes.

The roads in Jackson are so incredibly bad, I’m shocked he was able to make it too far on that hover board without getting swallowed up by a pothole.
