I haven't paid close attention to this at all, but weren't layoffs a given after the FD thing passed at midterms? They got a pay raise and the extra money had to come from somewhere. Does Buzbee have a point?

not entirely 100% sure but i remember Turner campaigning against the proposition and promised there would be layoffs had it passed.

Turner is gonna win. Bill King needs more charisma if he has any chance. Not sure if people even take Buzbee seriously although he has a fairly large following. I personally like him.

This isn't Turners fault. At all. He was against Prop B from the get go. The firefighters are the ones getting themselves laid off out of wanting instant greed.

Turner has done a pretty good job. I get why the firefighters don’t like him. I don’t blame them at all. Turner is trying to work around some pension issues he didn’t create.
