There needs to be a website that gives credit to everyone who shoots a home intruder or someone trying to break into something they own.

I mean, she followed the law. I’m fine with ending a criminals life legally.
It’s the people who read stories about people killing intruders in a manner that is extremely against the law because they like “Texas justice” and then say “I don’t see a problem here set them free” that I argue with.

Assuming she had a reasonable belief that her or her childrens lives were in imminent danger. Which I think that case can be made.

The website would be far larger if it's about family and friends killed with those guns in the home vs " the bad guys".

Texas baws will correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly sure they're one of the state's where a home invasion automatically means reasonable fear for your life.
So the only thing they need to check is making sure she didn't lure him in to shoot him and then damage the door frame to make it look like a break-in.

Kicking down a door, once you open an unlocked door and enter someone else’s home you are fair game.
