Texas will do it in 2 months
6 months minimum depending on the damage. They have to do a full bridge inspection. Wait for the storm waters to recede. If the damage is limited to columns/caps, you have to thing about 4-6 weeks of redesign. Then, you are in a river. So, you'll need a large cofferdam.
It's doable, but this is no simple undertaking.

My husband was stuck at the Marriott Courtyard in Beaumont yesterday. This was an area that did not flood with Harvey. All of the cars almost all of the trucks in the parking lot were flooded. The first floor of the hotel took on a several feet of water and these guests were moved to the hallways of the second and third floors. Once they were moved, everyone opened the doors to their rooms to allow the people in the hallways access to their rooms.
The hotel gave all of the convenience store food and beverages away and a group of Mexican fellas got all the beer. The Mexican guys took over the kitchen and cooked what they could for everyone. The hotel had power and a few intermittent TV channels with their crappy Direct TV service. Everyone in the hotel was safe and comfortable but a few people opted to be rescued by the National Guard and Cajun Navy.
After the Mexican guys drank all the beer they decided to strip down to their undies and take a swim in the parking lot. One of them tried to drive off and flooded out his SUV. He left it floating into a tree in the parking lot and where it became an impediment to the boat traffic.
After the water dropped a good bit, my husband, a guy with a Jeep, and another guy with a truck left the hotel. They drove out single-file to use the wake to keep the trailing vehicles from flooding. Once they made it to I-10 they were out of the high water but everything around 10 in Texas looked like the Gulf.

Is there video?

Unfortunately no, I asked for videos, filmed in landscape, all day and I got only one not filmed in landscape of the floating cars in the parking lot. I would have done better for the OT!

Lulz...nice troll. Cause I-10 on the state line has been in purgatory for nearly a decade.

We are stuck in the middle of nowhere. Every reroute to 90 is flooded. It’s a cluster

Chicken has a crew of illegals on retainer to do his hunting for him. He doesn’t have time to rub elbows with y’all sons-of-bitches.

Heading to Houston from Lake Charles in a bit. What's the best route now?
Posted on 9/21/19 at 2:07 pm to CQQ
There isn’t one. It’s every man for himself. We left BR at 1. Got to Houston at 10:30.
