He could get a hotel room for cheaper (even during Mardi Gras) than what it would take for me to let someone screw on my bed. Cost of someone else professional cleaning it + other costs would be high.
Tell him to go F himself.
Think about it, he's going to be drunk banging his girl all over your stuff. How much would it take for you to live with that?

On the other hand if the girl was good-looking it would be funny to slip him than the medicinal equivalent of saltpeter. Then when they went to bed and he couldn't perform maybe she'd come out to the air mattress.

Tell him you plan on taking home a random so you'll need your bed

Fixed it for you. You would not care about the 1,000 if you got a nice beej

I would never have that many people not related to me staying at my house in the first place, even if I had the room.

Does your HOA know you're running a flophouse?

How many posts did it take for you to realize you misspelled Byrd?

He isn't really your friend.

Tell him to offer one of the other groups cash for one night in the bed. Otherwise frick off.

Not a chance.
What I don't understand is if you invited all 3 couples to come or did you just invite two couples or did all 3 call you and ask if they could come?

Send girls down the road to Mobile for original Mardi Gras which would open up room for dudes

Says 2 asked before the 3rd, so I would guess all 3 are using him so they don't have to fork out a lot of money for a hotel when it's pricey for Mardi Gras.

Have him buy you a new premium bed, sheets and pillow plus pay for your drinking/eating for 4 nights

3rd guy sounds rude.
A few years ago I signed up to house two of the Pro Triathletes for the NOLA Ironman. They arrive and asked if a 3rd one could stay even though he forgot to sign up for hosted housing on time. I agree, no problem if he wants to stay on a couch. Triathletes 1 and 2 go grocery shopping and cooked a great carbo-loading meal for us all. The 3rd trithlete bitched because the meal wasn't gluten free and I had no gluten free pasta in the house. I offered him rice but he left and ate somewhere by himself. Can't make some people happy.

Why not just let him and his gf sleep in your bed for free and you sleep in the air mattress? It’s kinda crappy you’d make him pay. I’m sure he’d be grateful if you were kind enough to do that.

quote:frick that, I’d charge a grand for the 4 nights and I’d start negotiations at 2 or 3k. I don’t even want guest for 4 nights let alone be kicked out of my own room.
And by money at least 100 per night.
This ain’t Airbnb

I can't figure out who the poors are in this story. Is it your friends who are too cheap to get hotel rooms? or OP for only having 3 bedrooms?
Sounds like poors all around

Tell him to ask the other friends to trade.

You'll regret it. Your place will be a gamey smelling wreck and you'll resent your own friends as inconsiderate slobs by the time they leave.
