If all you need is music, just make a playlist or turn on Spotify and plug it into some speakers.

Don't get fancy. He can just sign up for the free month trial and cancel it after the event. Save that $1.99 for a rainy day.

Probably something like $400-$600 for 4 hours. DJs don’t just play music. They play the music you/guests request and also do introductions and what not. Pay the man.

Why don't you contact some local DJ's and ask them? I'm pretty sure they can give you a much more accurate price.

It can’t be that much.

I know the bands that play in the back bar at L’auberge only get like $300 bucks (total) for 3-4 hours.
