Trying to help out some service industry people I know that have been laid off from a restaurant I go to weekly. Offered to put them to work a couple of days a week at my house that is under renovation.

What is an appropriate cash hourly rate to offer? I don’t want to insult them but I am not hiring skilled labor either. This is cleaning out an old attic and some other cleaning / moving type stuff.

Tranny's are a good ROI. Pay them female wages but work them like a male laborer

Yeah, but having warts on your genitals isn't as bad as dying from pneumonia.
