I can't believe that about Father Danny Poche, he's one of the best priest I've been around.
In no way way am I condoning the actions of any of these priest or the actions by the Diocese and Vatican to cover it up. You get convicted you need to stand trial like everyone else.
On the victims side..... why not go to the police instead of the church to report child abuse? If a teacher abused my child I'm not going to the school board, I'm going to the Sheriff.

As Cardinal Brandmüller states in a recent interview this was a problem created by the Church for allowing active homosexuals to become priests. The church has to admit their mistakes, remove the cancer and take steps so it never happens again.

We get it, you hate the Catholic Church or are an atheist. Look at any organization the size of the church (I doubt you can find many) and there will be child molesters in the group.
I still support the church, because it’s the faith that brought me to God and Jesus Christ. You may not have a relationship with him, but I do.

This is completely false. A Catholic Priest like any other man could put on regular clothes and disappear in any city and seek heterosexual relations if his urges were that great. He would be breaking his vow of celibacy and would have to seek reconcilliation. I as a straight male would never in any circumstance molest a child and I feel all heterosexual men would say the same thing.

The church has become a shell of its former self. It is a mess and it stands up for almost nothing manly anymore. One time in the past being a priest was a noble profession that allowed you to be a fatherly spiritual figure for your flock. The church needs to return to its practices before Vatican 2 and the sexual revolution destroyed it. The church needs to be counter cultural.

1500 years of “Don’t ask, don’t tell” in a secretive society that thinks they are better/holier than the general populace; aren’t permitted to have relations with women; believes in a Holy Ghost; believes that a woman was impregnated by God without having sex with anyone; believes the savior died and then came back to life. Seems legit AF when you analyze it logically. Why wouldn’t they molest children?
