That being said, I thought Britney at 18 was about as good as it gets. But then the train wreck occurred. Went from near OT 10 to bald, fat OT 1. She has recovered.
Meanwhile Madonna was never at the OT 10 level, maybe OT 7 to OT 8 in her prime, however she has maintained quite well and she is now in the upper echelon for 50 + year old women. Kudos to her.
