That’s contemporary Latina culture. I spend about 1/3 of my time down there and women push the envelope in ways I’ve never seen here. They work what they have unapologetically.

Had a coworker tell me once when working in Venezuela prior to the communist take over that he was in an office and the secretary was wearing a very tight, v-cut top and she had the assets and figure to pull it off. She passed by his office several times and made small talk with him 3 or 4 times, and him being the consummate American professional he didn’t mention her appearance once.
She was pissy and cold the rest of the day and he asked another secretary why she was pissed at him and her response was “Why didn’t you compliment her? She looks great today and wants everyone to notice”

I went to Bolivia on a mission trip in high school and it seemed like every woman was either finer that frog hair or looked like a troll. There was very little in between.
